RETURN POLICY

Maureen O’Hara Irish Living Store Credit or Exchange Only up to 14 days from date of receiving item; If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a store credit or exchange.

To be eligible for a store credit or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Tags must be attached.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food. sale items and seasonal items are final sale. All goods and clothing associated with Baptism & Communion are final sale.

Additional non-returnable items:

Gift cards, Jewelry, due to health and safety concerns are Final Sale.
All Purses and Handbags, Special Orders are Final Sale

To complete your store credit or exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Sending back to Maureen O’Hara Irish Living is at your expense, we suggest you get insurance if item is worth over $75.00. You will also want proof and tracking to protect yourself.

Once your store credit or exchange item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item. We will either send your exchange (at your expense) or issue you a store credit.

Sale items (if applicable)

Regular priced items may be eligible for Store Credit or Exchange, unfortunately sale items are final sale. Sale items are any items sold as 50% or more off.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at Info@irishliving.com and we will provide you an exchange code to send your item back to our appropriate brand partner.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable

Gifts

If the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a store credit to you.

Shipping

To return your product, send us an email at Info@irishliving.com and we will provide you a return code to send your item back to our appropriate brand partner.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

Please note you will need your order number as per your order confirmation email. This is a 9 digit number starting with 2. You will be able to find this on your confirmation email.

RETURNS POLICY

With over 15 years’ experience selling Irish products, we are very passionate about our products and pride ourselves in our excellent customer service. We hope you will be pleased with your purchase. If you are not satisfied we’ll be happy to offer you a refund on merchandise that is returned in its original condition within 6 months of receipt. The only exception to this is Personalized Products, Perishable items product or Earrings.

Please note that returns have a processing time of up to 14 business days from receipt at our returns facility. This may be longer at peak times. All items must be confirmed as received back in a fully unused and re-saleable condition before we can process your return. Please note that the original shipping fee paid to deliver your order to the shipping address is non-refundable.

Please ensure you have purchased with us before making a return. Parcels returned to us in error will not be processed.

EXCHANGE

All returns are processed for a refund. Should you need an exchange, please reorder your items online or by phone.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE

If the item is damaged or defective, please email or call us immediately for instructions.

  • Damage claims must be filed within 2 days of receipt of goods.
  • Claims for defective items must be made within 30 days upon receipt of goods
  • Normal wear is not considered a defect.

Shipping

We partner with several courier companies including Nightline and DHL to offer free or low-cost delivery options dependent upon the destination. Listed are the shipping costs for Ireland, the UK and USA. Shipping costs outside these areas will be quoted during checkout and is based on the destination, weight, and dimensions of your order.

Monday to Friday excluding weekends & Irish bank holidays, Good Friday, and unforeseen Customs delays.

The moment an order is received we begin to process it and once dispatched we will email you the tracking details. All parcels are insured with track and trace available online.

Shipping charges exclude Customs/Duties which may be liable when exporting goods outside the European Union and are payable upon delivery.

Please note during our Christmas period (22nd November - 31st December) standard shipping can take longer. See ETA for parcels during checkout noting all delivery times are estimates. Thank you.

Returns

Unwanted, unsuitable, or faulty goods can be returned, and we aim to make this process as simple as possible.

Unwanted / Unsuitable Goods - Your Rights To Cancel An Order

Unwanted or unsuitable goods can be returned within 14 days of receipt if the goods are in perfect condition and in their original packaging. Prior to returning the item, please contact us to receive a Product Return Code to ensure the item is accurately tracked upon return. This code should then be included with the returned item.

In accordance with the European Directive on Distance Selling (Directive 2011/83/EU), customised goods made according to custom specifications (e.g. personalised products such as engraved glass) may not be returned. We are unable to exchange/refund some items such as earrings, grooming products, bath products, pillows due to hygiene and safety reasons.

Faulty Goods

Faulty goods may be returned to us within 30 days of receipt and we shall arrange a refund or replacement. Prior to returning the item, please contact us to receive a Product Return Code to ensure the item is accurately tracked.

This Returns Policy is in accordance with the European Directive on Distance Selling (Directive 2011/83/EC). These terms do not affect your statutory rights.
